After successfully placing an order, you will receive an email confirming that your order is now being processed (if you don’t receive this email straight away, please check your junk folder). We aim to process all orders within 2 working days, however during sale or other busy periods orders may take longer to be processed.

This is a fully tracked service. Your parcel will be delivered within 2-5 Working Days (from date of dispatch – we aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days). A signature is required on delivery for standard delivery. If you are not in when the postman tries to deliver they will leave a red failed card and then take your order back to the post office. Please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier to arrange re delivery or collection
International Delivery-Tracked DPD £8.00
This is a fully tracked service. Your parcel will be delivered within 9-10 days (from date of dispatch – we aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days). A signature is required on delivery for standard delivery. If you are not in when the postman tries to deliver they will leave a card and then take your order back to the post office. Please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier to arrange redelivery or collection
Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs
By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees. If you refuse a shipment from CustomRare, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to CustomRare. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance, the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
